The offer and sale of products on this website are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1.1 To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products, you must be of legal age.
You must complete all required fields in the order form available electronically and submit it to the Seller electronically, following the related instructions.
1.2 The order form includes a reference to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale,
a summary of the essential characteristics of each ordered product, the corresponding price,
and information on the payment methods available to purchase each product, as well as delivery methods and shipping costs.
1.3 The contract is concluded when the Seller receives the order form electronically,
via email, or by phone and/or WhatsApp.
1.4 Before proceeding with the purchase of products through the submission of the order form,
you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1.5 The order form will be stored in our database for the time necessary to process orders and in accordance with legal terms.
1.6 Before submitting the order form, you will also be asked to identify and correct any data entry errors.
1.7 The languages available to conclude the contract with the Seller are Italian and English.
1.8 Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will process your purchase order.
1.9 The Seller may not process purchase orders that are incomplete, incorrect, or in case of product unavailability.
In such cases, you will be informed via email that the contract has not been concluded, specifying the reasons.
If the ordered products are no longer available for sale at the time of your last website visit or order submission,
the Seller will promptly notify you of the unavailability of the ordered products.
If the order form has been submitted and payment has been made, the Seller will refund the amount already paid.
1.10 By submitting the order form electronically, you unconditionally accept and commit to observing these
General Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree with certain terms in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale,
please do not submit the order form for product purchase.
1.11 By submitting the order form, you confirm that you know and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
and the additional referenced information, including the Privacy Policy and Additional Legal Notices.
1.12 Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will send you a purchase order receipt via email,
containing the information already included in the order form (reference to General Terms and Conditions of Sale,
details on the essential characteristics of the product, detailed indication of the price, payment methods, and delivery costs).
